KavirDev / Kabir Parmatma comes in the form of an infant in all the four Yugs and with body goes to Satlok.
 "Satyug mein Satsukrit Keh Terra, Treta Naam Munindra Mera.
Dwapar mein Karunamaya Kahaya, Kalyug naam Kabir dharaaya. "

 Therefore, the manifest day of Sahib Kabir is celebrated.
Ram, Krishna, Buddha, Mahavira and other avatars are not imperishable they take birth and die.
 Only Kabir Parmeshwar ji is indestructible, free from birth and death, so manifest day is celebrated, not his birth anniversary.

 Gareeb na main janmoon na maroon, jyon aaun tyon jaaun।
Gareebdas Satguru bhed se, lakho hamaara dhaanv ।।
The birth anniversary of those avatars are celebrated who take birth from the mother and those who manifest themselves their Manifestation day is celebrated.
 God Kabir appears in the form of an infant in all four ages.  In KaliYuga, he appeared as a child in the Lahratara lake of Kashi in 1398, whose Ashtanandji became a witness.  Hence the manifest day of Kabir Sahib is celebrated.

 Kabir, na Mera janm na garbh basera, baalak ban dikhlaaya।
Kaashi Nagar Jal Kamal par dera, tahaan julaahe ne paaya।।
